'Meet-Cute' is a collection of five short films directed by Deepti Ghanta, sister of popular hero Nani. The original 'meet cute' means two people who have just met and share experiences as if they were close friends. In the same way, five stories were created and screened. The anthology is telecasting from November 25 on 'Sony Live'.
In this first story 'Meet the Boy', M.B.A. The main point is that the mother of the girl who wanted to study forced her to go to the marriage ceremony to make a deal. In the second story 'Old is Gold' a girl meets an old man in the post port office. With him, Matamanti Kalipaka goes happily knowing the real secret of life. In the third story 'In L(aw)ove' a mother sees her son dropping off a girl at a dog care house. Go there and meet the girl and say hello. Finally he invites the girl as his daughter-in-law. In the fourth story, the beautiful star Shalini's car stops on the way in the middle of the rainy night when she is going to the 'Star Struck' award function. Aman gives a lift. Shali keeps Aman's words that experiencing silence is as happy as talking. This anthology which has gone well till now, in the last story 'Ex-Girlfriend', a spirit comes and Talks to his ex-boyfriend's wife. His greatness ends with his disappearance.
The stories seem old. But, they tried to show diversity in every story. In the first story, the song "I will still love you... I will always respect you..." is entertaining. In the third story, the song with the words “Pillode sin papam ita anukana... Ammo kavyale nadipetanta edigada…” is also impressive. If we go into this 'meet-cute' for fun, some aspects of our lives can be seen. Deepti Ghanta showed her directorial talent in this effort. Producers spent according to her efforts.
